Using Park Day
Park Day is free to use. Your address, your filing checklist, the map of nearby places, and the community directory always stay free, no matter what.
Everything Park Day shows you is sourced from public information: state statutes, agency pages, and program rules. It is provided to help you understand what applies to your family. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and it does not replace checking with the source or a qualified professional before you act on anything.
Park Day Plus, the subscription
Park Day Plus is an optional subscription that unlocks two additional checklist sections: what money and programs you can claim, and what the public school owes you. It is billed through your Apple ID via the App Store, at the price shown in the app before you buy, either monthly or yearly.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price of the subscription you chose. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in your device's Settings, under your Apple Account, Subscriptions. Deleting the Park Day app does not cancel a subscription.
A Park Day Plus subscription can be shared with your family through Family Sharing, at no extra cost to them.
If you already bought a subscription and it is not showing as active, use "Restore purchases" in the paywall screen. This checks the App Store for a subscription tied to your Apple ID; it does not create a new charge.
Prices shown in the app
Park Day always shows you the real price from the App Store for your storefront and currency, never a hard-coded number. Any price mentioned outside the app (for example, in marketing copy) is labeled illustrative and may not match what the App Store charges you.
No account, no data sold
Park Day does not use accounts. See the privacy policy for what stays on your device and what never leaves it.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a way that matters, Park Day will show you the update the next time you open the app.
